Lorde headlined All Points East in London on August 22 and praised the festival bill as one of the best she has ever been part of, according to NME.
During her set at Victoria Park, the Kiwi pop star said she was struck by what the other artists were doing and felt honored to share the lineup with them. She also said it was “so crazy” to be topping the bill, especially after playing the festival’s first edition in 2018.
Her performance drew heavily from her 2025 album Virgin and included songs such as “What Was That,” “Broken Glass,” “Favourite Daughter,” “The Louvre,” “Green Light,” and “Ribs,” along with a cover of Charli XCX’s “Girl, so confusing.”
Elsewhere in the set, Lorde reflected on returning to Victoria Park, recalled coming there with someone she had a crush on, and said that person was in the crowd again that night. She also used visuals and banners during songs including “Liability” and “David.”
NME noted that Virgin received a four-star review, and Lorde is set to continue with shows at Bristol’s Forwards Presents and the Edinburgh Summer Sessions.
