Jenna Bush Hager is giving a glimpse into a special family moment from this summer’s celebrations. According to E! News, she shared a rare multigenerational photo from a vacation at the Bush family compound in Kennebunkport, Maine.
The Aug. 23 Instagram post included a carousel of images, with Jenna quoting Taylor Swift’s “august” in the caption. In the first photo, she posed with her mother Laura Bush, twin sister Barbara Bush, niece Cora, and her daughters Mila and Poppy.
Jenna’s husband Henry Hager also appeared in other photos from the trip, along with snapshots of the children enjoying the last days of summer. Jenna and Henry are also parents to son Hal.
In recent comments on Today, Jenna has spoken about how independent her children are becoming and said that, in many ways, it feels like a sign she is doing something right. She has also said her mother Laura continues to be an important guide in her own parenting journey, according to E! News.
