Cruz Beckham made a surprise onstage appearance during The Kooks’ headline set at Rock N Roll Circus Norwich, according to NME. The 21-year-old musician joined the band for “Jackie Big Tits,” taking part on guitar and vocals with frontman Luke Pritchard.
Beckham had already played earlier in the day with his own group, The Breakers, at the Earlham Park event on August 22. The Kooks were performing their 2006 debut album, Inside In/Inside Out, in full as part of a tour marking its 20th anniversary.
The Norwich lineup also featured full-album performances from The Vaccines and The Fratellis, who played What Did You Expect From The Vaccines? and Costello Music respectively. Rock N Roll Circus Norwich wraps up on August 23 with Madness headlining.
Last year, Pritchard said he and Beckham had been writing songs together and noted that they had bonded over a shared appreciation for early Bee Gees music. Beckham recently released his debut EP, Wear & Tear, on August 21.
